The company

Pruysa was born in 1979 with the name of Obisa. We started our works full of hopes and with the aim of quality over quantity.

In 1985, the company decided deep changes and was prepared for the entry of the new millennium. We changed the name for the actual Pruysa. A full renovation was done, both in image and in project, and we decided to expand for the Spanish territory, investing in the top and strategic zones of the construction in that moment.

After 25 years of work, the company enters the 21st century with a renewed and different course projecting a quality image for new millennium. Pruysa changes its headquarters, moving to a new building that has all the new technologies and exclusive design, which turns into the new image of the company. This building, that we looked after the last detail, is used as an example of our work.

Activity

The principal activities that Pruysa develop are promotion, construction and different nature of investments.

Along our professional life, we constructed a great number of housings, always according with our aim: the quantity is not important if we have to sacrifice quality.

Never losing our philosophy of work, Pruysa does investments in the most important cities in Spain, looking for the most attractive and interesting places in that moment as Costa del Sol, Seville, Cordova, Granada, Cadiz, Madrid, etc.

In the last years Pruysa has joined with other big companies, creating an important group which executes big projects of national and international area. In addition, we stand by a group of technical personnel, young and entrepreneurs. That is how was born ARQ21 Arquitectos, a team of experienced architects dedicated to plan a top design architecture of good quality and comfortable.

Corporate strategy

From the first of our works, our costumers watch our philosophy in our buildings, which is still alive thirty years later, whose fundamental aim is quality. We take care with all the details, look for the best places and materials of higher quality, creating unique, very care and different spaces.

Our purpose for the good work, leads us to create a new way of working that only uses few companies: we focus in our costumers with the objective of satisfies them. We create a 'reform service', in which our costumers can change over plans the design of their new homes, always supported and advised by our technical team, in order to obtain his home as the costumers' whims.

In order to our aim, we never forget values as:
